ADVANCED ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELOR EXAM PREP

E CARE COUNSELING is going to host again the Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) or Licensed Counselor  Addiction Specialist (LCAS) or Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) Exam prep on April 22, 2018.

 As the profession grows, the need for Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselors will keep pace. Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselors hold a Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field. They have a thorough understanding of not only substance use disorders but also co-occurring mental health disorders. AADCs are expected to be able to use the latest evidence-based practice for treating both substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders in tandem. 

The Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor credential requires professionals to demonstrate competency through experience, education, supervision, and the passing of a rigorous examination.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR’S EXAM PREP BOOT CAMP

Care Counseling is going to host the Clinical Supervisor’s Exam prep scheduled on

July 22, 2018 @ 3:30-5:30 pm EST.

July 24, 2018 @ 6:30-8:30 pm EST

July 26, 2018 @ 6:30-8:30 pm EST.

July 28, 2018 @ 12:30-2:30 pm EST.

8 CE hours credit approved by NBCC & NAADAC Participants will register only once to attend the exam prep. If the participants will miss one of those dates, training will be archived.
