Our Live Webinars are interactive and considered as face to face or in-classroom training by most state credentialing boards. When you register for one of our webinars, a receipt will be sent to you via email. Soon after that you will receive webinar info followed by the webinar link. At the time of webinar, click the link and you will be connected and see the speaker, other participants, and power point or pdf syllabus presentation. You will have a capability to control your mic and your video and to send chat messages privately to the presenter or to everyone present. During the session, we recommended that you turn off or mute your microphone to limit distracting back ground noises and then unmute it to ask a question or make a comment. After the live webinar training, you will receive via email, a SURVEY (post-evaluation questionnaire) regarding the educational experience. After validating receipt of your survey, a certificate will be sent to you via email.
